- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I have just recently started using the branch off Sam Ridley because it is closer to my job. I mostly use the ATM to deposit or withdraw any money but one day I had to use the teller. The first lady that was helping was very nice and greeted me with a smile. Unfortunately, what I needed done she was not able to complete so she asked her co-worker to help. I did not get the same friendly vibe from the new lady, she was abrasive and seemed irritated with my questions. I also have my mortgage through 5th/3rd which for the most part I LOVE but I also hardly deal with anyone either. I did recently have some questions about my mortgage so I called the branch closest to me (just in case I needed to go in) but sadly I would leave numerous of messages for someone to call me back about my mortgage and nothing.... I finally called once again and demanded to speak with someone but they still did not transfer me to the person I needed but instead just told me they could not help. This branch seriously needs to work on their customer service skill and also their follow up skill. Very disappointed with my iterations with this branch.By Kristin Waldron, September 25, 2017
